Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for unopened products only.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
- The product must be in resellable condition
No Returns on Opened Products
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used products.
Once the seal is broken or the bottle is opened, the item is no longer eligible for a refund.
This policy protects all customers and ensures high-quality standards.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund
Please allow 3–7 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
If your product arrived damaged, email us within 48 hours for a replacement.

- Photo of the unopened product (if required)
Important Notes
- Unauthorized returns, returns sent without contacting us first, or returns sent outside the 14-day window will not be accepted
- Sale items and subscription renewals are not eligible for return unless defective
