Order Processing & Fulfillment
All FIELDSTRONG orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).
This fulfillment period includes:
• Order verification
• Secure payment processing
• Quality control checks
• Packaging and preparation for shipment
Once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Shipping Locations
FIELDSTRONG ships from within the United States.
We currently ship to most U.S. states. If your location is outside our standard delivery zones, you will be notified at checkout.
At this time, we do not guarantee international shipping availability.
Shipping Carrier & Delivery Times
All domestic orders are shipped via:
USPS Ground Advantage (Standard Shipping)
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days after shipment.
Please note:
• Delivery timelines begin once the package has been shipped (not at the time of order placement).
• Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.
• Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier service disruptions.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to reflect movement within the USPS system.
If you have not received tracking information within 6 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
FIELDSTRONG is not responsible for:
• Delays caused by incorrect address details
• Packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address
• Returned shipments due to address errors
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered fulfillment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost in transit:
- Please first contact USPS directly using your tracking number.
- If further assistance is needed, contact our support team and we will help investigate the issue.
FIELDSTRONG is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed off to USPS.
